Disney World Satirists Turn Theme Park into Odyssey Masterpiece

Devin Siebold and James Yon are two Disney-clad jokesters behind the 'Theme Park Comedians' act that creates satire videos for all four Disney World parks and Universal Studios. Their summer project, a parody of Homer's Odyssey, turned multiple sights and sounds at Disney's Hollywood Studios into a clever send-up of Odysseus' journey back to Ithica.

The video cleverly incorporates a themed construction wall, Little Mermaid attraction, and other park elements in line with Christopher Nolan's 2017 film adaptation. Siebold and Yon used their extensive experience at Disney World to create something that's 'too good not to share', even if it's been out for a bit.

The duo deserves recognition for pulling off this creative project. It's one of the most impressive uses of satire seen all year, and a much better use of time than watching a live-action remake. These guys have earned their place in the Disney Fan Hall of Fame.
