Staying at Walt Disney World's on-site hotels comes with several perks that can make up for the higher cost. One of the most attractive benefits is Early Theme Park Entry, which allows eligible guests to enter the theme parks 30 minutes before official opening time.

This advantage sounds like a major plus, especially for those looking to beat the crowds and knock out popular attractions before everyone else arrives. However, in reality, the morning rush can quickly turn into a crowded mess, with thousands of other hotel guests trying to access the same attractions.

Instead of strolling into an empty park, guests may encounter sizable lines waiting for popular rides, making the promised 30-minute advantage feel surprisingly small.
