Disney's Ariel's Undersea Adventure Refurbishment Hits Final Stretch

The refurbishment of The Little Mermaid, Ariel’s Undersea Adventure at Disney California Adventure Park continues, with the last visible section of the attraction building now obscured by scaffolding and black scrim.

This development comes after scaffolding and scrims were first spotted on this portion of the building in August. Since then, they have reached above the roof, covering almost the entire area.

The rest of the building has themed scrims, but these will likely be replaced by black scrims soon. The ride remains open with gaps in the construction walls for guests to enter.
