US wellness shot brand Dose is exploring a potential sale that could value the company at nearly $1 billion, according to sources familiar with the matter. The privately held Miami-based company generates over $200 million in annual revenue and has been profitable.

Dose was founded by entrepreneur Vasu Goyal in 2020 for his grandfather, who struggled with liver and cholesterol issues. The daily liquid shots contain ingredients like elderberry, turmeric, and ginger and are marketed for various health benefits.

The company's sale process is being led by investment bank Perella Weinberg Partners. This comes after Procter & Gamble agreed to buy supplements maker Thorne for $3.8 billion earlier this week, fueling expectations of more dealmaking in the vitamins, minerals, and supplements sector.
