The Dow Jones Index closed at 51,864 points on Tuesday, marking a decline of 0.36% or 185 points.
The losses were led by Cisco Systems, which dropped 4.50%, followed by JPMorgan's decline of 3.35%, and American Express, down 2.62%.
Despite these drops, some stocks managed to offset the fall. Amgen rose 4.33%, Home Depot increased by 2.74%, and Honeywell International gained 2.58%.
