Google has released its latest fitness tracker, Fitbit Air, which is designed to provide continuous health monitoring and recovery insights without requiring a traditional smartwatch. The device competes with Noise REP, another screenless fitness tracker that focuses on sleep, activity, and wellness.

The key difference between the two devices lies in their pricing and feature sets. Google Fitbit Air costs ₹13,999 in India and offers advanced health coaching features through its Health Coach platform for a monthly subscription fee of ₹99 or ₹999 per year. In contrast, Noise REP launched at an introductory price of ₹9,999 and does not require a subscription for access to its core health insights.

Fitbit Air features an optical heart-rate sensor with 24/7 heart-rate and rhythm monitoring, SpO2 tracking, HRV, skin temperature, and sleep metrics. Noise REP uses a multi-LED optical sensor and 6-axis motion sensor to track heart rate, HRV, SpO2, stress, sleep, recovery, and effort.
