Nvidia's GeForce Now game streaming service has added support for Mozilla's Firefox browser, five years after Google Chrome. Users can now access GeForce Now from their web browsers on Windows machines.

This is not a surprise, given that Nvidia has been working with various platforms to expand its reach. The company recently announced integration with Fire TV and said the GeForce Now app is available for more TVs with third-party streamers.

The in-browser support for Firefox performs similarly to other avenues of play, allowing users to play games at up to 1440p and 120 frames per second. Nvidia notes that Premium members can expect this level of performance from within their web browser.
