Generac Soars on Record-Breaking Deal with Amazon

Generac Holdings Inc (NYSE:GNRC) is experiencing explosive momentum after announcing a supply agreement with Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ:AMZN) for data center backup generators. The long-term deal is valued at up to $8 billion, with initial generator deliveries expected to total $2.4 billion in 2027 and 2028.

The companies also entered into a transaction agreement where Generac issues Amazon a warrant to acquire up to approximately 1.69 million shares of common stock at an exercise price of around $200.93. This move has sent GNRC shares soaring, with a 37.51% increase in after-hours trading.
