Goldman Sachs Reaffirms Buy on Five Below Amid Revenue Growth
Goldman Sachs has reaffirmed its 'Buy' rating on Five Below ( ticker not specified) stock, setting a price target of $306.00. The investment firm cited recent operational changes made by the company.
In recent years, Five Below has accelerated investments in toys to attract younger customers and benefit from the long-term customer life cycle in this category. To reduce overlap, the retailer streamlined its SKUs within certain product types after determining it was over-assorted.
The company expanded its India global sourcing office from $30 million to $100 million in business following the introduction of tariffs in April 2025. This shift has enabled Five Below to develop products at around half the price of competitors, such as crafting pens and pencils.
Five Below has also implemented various initiatives to drive growth, including holding its first toy fair with top 170 vendors globally. Vendors are required to participate in financial and product risk to be part of Five Below's growth profile. These efforts have contributed to the company's impressive financial results, with revenue growth of 25.6% over the last twelve months.
