Google Calendar Displays Three Time Zones Simultaneously

Google Calendar has introduced a new feature that allows users to view up to three time zones at once on its web version. This change aims to simplify scheduling meetings across different regions for global teams.

In the past, Google Calendar allowed users to see two time zones: a primary and secondary zone. However, this was not sufficient for complex international meetings involving multiple locations. To address this issue, the new feature displays three time zones side by side in Day, Week, and Custom multi-day views.

The rollout of this feature began on September 25 and applies to Google Workspace customers, Workspace Individual subscribers, and personal Google accounts. Users can assign custom labels to each time zone, making it easier to identify different locations.
