Honeywell Aerospace Class Action Lawsuit: Suppliers and Cybersecurity Issues at Center
Honeywell Aerospace investors who purchased shares between June 29, 2026 and September 1, 2026 may be eligible for compensation due to alleged false statements made by company officials. According to a class action lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, Honeywell Aerospace's suppliers were suffering from supply constraints that would negatively impact sales and profitability.
The complaint alleges that defendants failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company's business, operations, and prospects during this time period. Specifically, it claims that they made false statements regarding the impact of a small percentage of their suppliers on sales, as well as an investigation into potential violations of the False Claims Act for failing to comply with cybersecurity requirements.
Honeywell Aerospace investors who suffered losses during this time have until November 23, 2026 to request that the Court appoint them as lead plaintiff. However, their ability to share in any recovery does not require that they serve as a lead plaintiff.
