IBM Advances Digital Asset Haven with Blockchain Connectivity and On-Prem Deployment
IBM has announced two significant advancements for its Digital Asset Haven platform, designed to help financial institutions connect to Swift's blockchain-based shared ledger and provide a customer-controlled deployment model.
The company is helping enable financial institutions to connect to Swift's blockchain-based shared ledger by providing digital asset infrastructure and blockchain connectivity. This will allow them to conduct 24/7 cross-border payments using tokenized deposits while continuing to settle through existing financial market infrastructures.
IBM Digital Asset Haven On-Prem, a beta program, provides early access to a customer-controlled deployment model designed for organizations evaluating digital asset operations within their own environments. This will give them the ability to explore digital asset custody and transaction management without reliance on public cloud environments.
