JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon is on a week-long bus tour through one region of the US, meeting branch managers, mortgage officers, call-center workers, and other staff to hear their complaints and suggestions. 'Customer complaints, employee complaints make us a better company,' he said.

Dimon believes it's the responsibility of both individuals and businesses to lift up all citizens. He thinks big business can help by creating local jobs, getting involved in local politics, and supporting education.

In his latest shareholder letter, Dimon stated that AI is not a speculative bubble, but he also acknowledged potential risks associated with private credit. 'You've got to look at the big picture first,' he said. 'AI is going to do wonders for the world... It's going to cure cancer... It'll save lives in hospitals.'

However, Dimon emphasized that AI may not cause widespread job loss, but rather create new opportunities in areas like cyber and AI.
