JNJ's Innovative Medicine Segment Poised for Continued Growth in Q3
Johnson & Johnson's (JNJ) Innovative Medicine segment is expected to continue its growth streak in the third quarter of 2026, despite the loss of exclusivity for its blockbuster drug Stelara. The company has reported five consecutive quarters of sales exceeding $15 billion and anticipates continued above-market growth.
The segment's growth will likely be driven by higher sales of key products such as Darzalex, Erleada, Carvykti, Tecvayli, and Rybrevant/Lazcluze in oncology. Additionally, Tremfya and other immunology products are expected to contribute to the growth.
Newer launches, including Inlexzo and Icotyde, are also expected to gain momentum in the third quarter. However, sales of Stelara may decline due to biosimilar competition, while Imbruvica sales could be hurt by rising competitive pressure in the US.
