JPMorgan Abandons Significant Stake in Uranium Developer Deep Yellow

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has significantly reduced its stake in uranium developer Deep Yellow Ltd, falling below the substantial shareholder threshold on September 24, 2026.

The financial group's aggregated holding in Deep Yellow dropped to 46,976,651 ordinary shares from a peak of 55,116,322 shares during the relevant period.

JPMorgan began reducing its position through market transactions and the unwinding of securities lending arrangements with other major financial institutions, including Barclays Capital, Citigroup, BNP Paribas, and Morgan Stanley.

The disclosed market sales were conducted at prices ranging from A$1.28 to A$1.57 per share.
