JPMorgan Chase & Co. Issues Notes Linked to Major Indices and ETF
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued a new financial product, a note linked to several major stock market indices and an ETF. The notes will have a minimum Contingent Interest Rate of at least 8.50% per annum, payable at a rate of at least 0.70833% per month.
The Underlyings for these notes are the Dow Jones Industrial Average (INDU), the Nasdaq-100 Index (NDX), and the iShares U.S. Real Estate ETF (IYR). The interest payments will be contingent on the performance of these indices, with a minimum Contingent Interest Payment of $7.0833 per note.
The notes can be redeemed early by JPMorgan Chase & Co., but only if the closing value of each Underlying on any Review Date is greater than or equal to its Interest Barrier. The final payment at maturity will depend on the performance of the Underlyings, with a minimum payment of $1,000 plus the Contingent Interest Payment applicable to the final Review Date.
