JPMorgan Chase Files for New Index-Linked Notes with Contingent Interest Rates
JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC has filed a Form FWP for a new financial product, the 1.92yrNC3m NDXT/RTY/SPX Callable Contingent Interest Notes.
The notes will be issued by JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. The minimum denomination is $1,000, and the underlyings are the Nasdaq-100, Russell 2000, and S&P 500 indices.
The pricing date is September 25, 2026, and the final review date is August 25, 2028. The maturity date is August 30, 2028. The notes may be redeemed early at our election on any of the interest payment dates, except for the first, second, and final dates.
The contingent interest rate will range from 9.25% to 11.25% per annum, paid monthly. If the notes are not redeemed early and the final value of each underlying is greater than or equal to its trigger value, investors will receive a cash payment at maturity, plus any applicable contingent interest payment.
