JPMorgan Chase & Co. has introduced Buffered Digital Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Russell 2000 Index, and the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., have a minimum denomination of $1,000, and will mature on October 28, 2027.
The contingent digital return is 8.30%, and the buffer amount is 25%. If the final value of each underlying is greater than or equal to its initial value or is less than its initial value by up to the buffer amount, investors can expect a fixed return of 8.30% at maturity.
The notes are unsecured obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC and are subject to credit risk. Investing in the notes involves several risks, including the risk of losing up to 75% of the principal amount at maturity.
