JPMorgan Chase Launches Auto Callable Notes Linked to NVIDIA, Palantir, AMD Stock Prices

JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has introduced Auto Callable Contingent Interest Notes Linked to the Least Performing of NVIDIA Corporation, Palantir Technologies Inc., and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. stock prices.

The notes are designed for investors seeking a Contingent Interest Payment with respect to each Review Date if the closing price of one share of each reference stock is greater than or equal to 70% of its Initial Value (Interest Barrier).

The notes will be automatically called if the closing price of one share of each reference stock on any Review Date, other than the first, second, third, and final Review Dates, is greater than or equal to its Initial Value.

The notes have a minimum denomination of $1,000 and integral multiples thereof, and will mature on September 11, 2031. The estimated value of the notes was $950 per $1,000 principal amount note at the time of issuance.
