JPMorgan Chase Launches New Capped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has launched a new financial product called Capped Buffered Return Enhanced Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the Russell 2000 Index and the S&P 500 Index, due to mature on March 16, 2028.
The notes are designed for investors who seek a return of 1.25 times any appreciation of the lesser performing of the two indices up to a maximum return of 28.15%, at maturity. However, investors should be aware that they may lose up to 80% of their principal amount at maturity.
The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, which is fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. Payments on the notes are linked to the performance of each index individually, and not to a basket composed of both indices.
