JPMorgan Issues Contingent Interest Notes Linked to Major US Stock Indices
JPMorgan Chase & Co. has issued $1,288,000 in Contingent Interest Notes Linked to the Least Performing of the Russell 2000 Index, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, and the S&P 500 Index.
The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co., a direct, wholly owned finance subsidiary of JPMorgan Financial.
Investors who purchase these notes will receive a contingent interest payment if the closing level of each index on any review date is greater than or equal to 70.00% of its initial value.
The minimum denomination for these notes is $1,000 and integral multiples thereof, and they are priced at $1,000 per note.
