JPMorgan Issues Review Notes Linked to AMD and Micron Stock Prices

JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC is issuing Review Notes Linked to the Lesser Performing of the Common Stock of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and the Common Stock of Micron Technology, Inc.

The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co. and will be priced on or about October 16, 2026, with settlement occurring on or about October 21, 2026.

The Call Premium Amount will be paid if the closing price of one share of each reference stock on any review date is greater than or equal to its applicable Call Value.
