JPMorgan Launches Buffered Equity Notes Linked to Major Indices
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC has launched a new structured investment product, priced at $996,000. The offering consists of uncapped dual directional buffered equity notes linked to the performance of three major indices: the Dow Jones Industrial Average®, the Russell 2000® Index, and the S&P 500® Index. These notes are due on October 5, 2028, and are fully guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes are designed to provide investors with an uncapped return equal to any appreciation of the least performing index. However, if any of the indices depreciate, the return is capped at 25% of the depreciation, known as the Buffer Amount. Investors should be prepared to forgo interest and dividend payments and potentially lose up to 75% of their principal at maturity.
The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, with payments subject to the credit risk of both the issuer and the guarantor. The minimum denomination for investment is $1,000, and the notes priced on October 2, 2026, with an expected settlement date of October 7, 2026.
Investing in these notes involves significant risks, as outlined in the accompanying prospectus supplement. The estimated value of the notes at the time of pricing was $987.10 per $1,000 principal amount. The notes are not bank deposits, are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and are not obligations of any bank.
