JPMorgan Launches Dual Directional Review Notes Linked to Coinbase Global, Inc.

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has launched a new financial product called Dual Directional Review Notes Linked to the Class A Common Stock of Coinbase Global, Inc.

The notes are designed for investors who seek early exit prior to maturity at a premium if, on any Review Date, the closing price of one share of the Reference Stock is at or above the Call Value.

The earliest date on which an automatic call may be initiated is September 15, 2027.

If the notes have not been automatically called and the Final Value is greater than or equal to 50.00% of the Initial Value, your payment at maturity per $1,000 principal amount note will be calculated as follows: $1,000 + ($1,000 × Absolute Stock Return).

This payout formula results in an effective cap of 50.00% on your return at maturity if the notes have not been automatically called.
