KSH International Sets Stage for Investor Meetings Amid Growth Aspirations

KSH International has announced its schedule for investor meetings in late September 2026. The company will engage with analysts and institutional investors between September 24 and September 30, 2026. According to the disclosure, virtual one-on-one meetings will begin on September 24 at 9:30 am.

The meetings will take place across virtual and in-person formats, including a conference by PL Capital on September 28 in Mumbai. Goldman Sachs has also scheduled two meetings with KSH International on September 29-30 in Supa. The discussions during these meetings will be based solely on publicly available information.

KSH International noted that the schedule may change due to exigencies on the part of the analysts, investors, or the company itself. The company secretary and compliance officer, Nakul Shivaji Patil, signed the disclosure. This development comes as KSH International has been focusing on operational progress and future growth.

It's worth noting that KSH International held its 47th Annual General Meeting on September 15, 2026, where it approved the appointment of secretarial and cost auditors for the upcoming financial year. The company aims to achieve 85% capacity utilization by FY29.
