Microsoft Unifies Copilot Apps into Single Experience
Microsoft is simplifying its Copilot experience by merging two separate apps into one unified app. The move aims to reduce confusion and clutter for users who currently juggle between the regular Copilot app and Microsoft 365 Copilot app.
The new app will allow users to sign in with a personal, work, or school account, making it easier to switch between their professional and personal environments.
The unified app will retain all standard features of Copilot, including asking questions, submitting requests, creating images, uploading files, and chatting via text or voice.
Microsoft 365 subscribers will still enjoy higher usage limits than free users and will also be able to access Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 apps and files directly from Copilot.
