Google Chrome has been hit by multiple vulnerabilities that could allow hackers to exploit the browser and execute arbitrary code. The Hong Kong Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Centre (HKCERT) has issued a warning about these vulnerabilities, which it rates as Extremely High Risk.

The HKCERT noted that one of the vulnerabilities, identified as CVE-2026-87491, is being actively exploited in the wild.

A remote attacker could potentially use this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code inside the sandbox via a crafted HTML page, posing a significant threat to users who rely on Google Chrome for browsing.
