Nvidia's next-generation RTX 60 'Rubin' GPUs will not arrive until 2028, according to prominent hardware leaker Kopite7kimi. This contradicts previous rumors suggesting a launch as early as the first half of 2027.

The RTX 60 series is built on the Rubin architecture and was initially expected to be released in 2027. However, Kopite7kimi's latest post states that the GR20X family, the gaming variant of the Rubin design, is positioned as a '2028 product.'

This delay aligns with the harsh realities of the current component market. Nvidia's existing RTX 50 series has been grappling with price increases due to memory shortages and rising component costs.
