NVIDIA Stock Dives After Insiders Sell Shares
NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) stock price fell by 1.5% on Wednesday after two insiders sold shares in the company.
The decline came after EVP Timothy Teter and CFO Colette Kress each sold a significant number of shares under pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plans.
Teter, the executive vice president, sold 30,460 shares on Monday, September 21st at an average price of $222.80 for a total transaction value of $6,786,488.
Kress, the chief financial officer, sold 34,918 shares on Thursday, September 17th at an average price of $219.05 for a total transaction value of $7,648,787.90.
