Oxurion Sees Large-Scale Shareholding Shifts Following Transparency Notifications
Oxurion NV, a technology-enabled clinical research and software platform company based in Leuven, Belgium, has received transparency notifications from Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc, and Goldman Sachs International.
The notifications, which are required under Belgian Transparency legislation, indicate that these investors have crossed certain thresholds in their holdings of Oxurion shares. Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC now holds 35,184,398 shares, representing over 15% of the company's outstanding shares. This is up from a previous notification indicating they held fewer shares.
The Goldman Sachs entities, on the other hand, have sold some of their Oxurion shares, with The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc and Goldman Sachs International now holding only 24 shares between them, representing less than 0.01% of outstanding shares. Additionally, Atlas Special Opportunities II LLC has also submitted a notification indicating that as of September 23, 2026, it held 35,184,398 shares of the then outstanding 176,449,176 shares.
