P&G Names Ratul Ghosh APAC CHRO

Procter & Gamble (P&G) has appointed Ratul Ghosh as its Vice President - Human Resources (CHRO), APAC. In this new role, Ghosh will oversee HR operations in ten markets across ASEAN, Japan, Korea, and Australia.

Ghosh brings over 21 years of experience with P&G to his new position. His most recent assignment was as Vice President - Human Resources (CHRO), Japan, where he led the HR function for Japanese operations from June 2024 to June 2026.

Before moving to Japan, Ghosh held various HR leadership roles across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the US. He has also served as Senior Director - HR for Pampers and Marketing in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, supporting over 15 markets and leading talent development for more than 650 marketers.

Ghosh expressed his gratitude to leaders, managers, mentors, and teammates for their support throughout his career. He stated that 'People are always front and center of great outcomes.'
