P&G's Luc Reynaert Named Top Manufacturing Leader by Manufacturing Digital
Luc Reynaert, Chief Product Supply Officer at Procter & Gamble (P&G), has been named one of the top manufacturing leaders by Manufacturing Digital. Reynaert placed second on the company's first-ever Top 100 Manufacturing Leaders list.
The list recognizes executives who have made a significant impact on the manufacturing industry and their response to AI, automation, and industrial disruptions.
Reynaert has led P&G's global Product Supply organization for over three decades. His team employs almost 65,000 people across 110 manufacturing plants and 200 distribution centers worldwide. The division generates significant revenue for the company, with P&G producing $87 billion in annual revenue and employing approximately 109,000 people globally.
P&G has been named a Gartner Supply Chain Master for 11 consecutive years, a title reserved for companies that rank in the top five of Gartner's annual Supply Chain Top 25 in at least seven of the last ten years. Reynaert has guided the company through a digital shift, solving issues around siloed systems through automated strategies.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Reynaert played a key role in guiding the company through disruptions across supply, manufacturing, and production. He serves on the Gartner Supply Chain Executive Board and the Industry Advisory Board for Global Supply Chain Management at Antwerp Management School.
