PZ Cussons Board Gets Boost from International Experts

PZ Cussons Plc has announced two new appointments to its board of directors. Peju Adebajo and Sarah Miles will join as Non-Executive Directors, bringing international expertise in consumer goods and digital sectors.

Adebajo, currently MD at Etex Nigeria, brings extensive knowledge of Nigeria alongside her experience from Africa and the UK. She has held senior positions across various industries including construction materials, agriculture, renewable energy, bedding, food, consulting, and banking.

Miles, CEO of Hush UK, has a career spanning consulting, consumer goods, and e-commerce. She previously worked at Diageo for 12 years in brand management, strategy, and innovation, and later spent five years at Amazon as Apparel Director for Fashion in Europe.

The appointments will take effect after the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 1, 2026, replacing Valeria Juarez and Jitesh Sodha. PZ Cussons Nigeria has also appointed Abel Idonije as People Director, Africa, who joined the company on August 26, 2026.
