Rats Run Wild Inside Rajkot McDonald's as Video Sparks Health Department Probe

A viral video has exposed the unsanitary conditions at a McDonald's outlet in Rajkot, India. The footage shows rats roaming freely on tables and benches inside the restaurant near Greenland Chowkdi. Customers are outraged over this negligence, as contact with food can potentially spread serious diseases.

The Rajkot Municipal Corporation's Health Officer, Dr Jayesh Vankani, said that their team has been ordered to conduct a detailed investigation into the matter. If any negligence by the firm is found during the investigation, action will be taken against it as per the rules.

This is not the first time a McDonald's outlet in Rajkot has faced controversy. Earlier, a customer was served non-vegetarian food despite placing a vegetarian order at another location, sparking a major uproar.
