Salesforce and Inspire Team Up to Boost Korea's MICE Sales with AI
Salesforce and Inspire have formed a strategic partnership to enhance MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales in Korea. The collaboration focuses on integrating sales data and developing an AI-driven decision-making system. Inspire plans to adopt Salesforce's Sales Cloud solution across its B2B sales operations, creating a data-centric sales management framework.
The integration will combine Inspire's existing event booking and revenue data from Amadeus's Delphi system with customer and sales activity data from Salesforce. This unified approach aims to streamline the sales process from initial inquiries to final contracts, transforming individual sales histories into organizational assets. The goal is to improve revenue forecasting and decision-making through comprehensive sales data analysis.
Looking ahead, the companies plan to transition to an "agentic sales" environment where AI provides sales insights and identifies new business opportunities. This shift aims to allow sales teams to concentrate on customer relationships and strategic activities. Park Se-jin, head of Salesforce Korea, highlighted the importance of connecting on-the-ground experience with data to drive growth in the AI era.
The partnership is seen as a model for innovation in MICE sales, combining data and AI to enhance customer relationship management. Salesforce Korea is committed to supporting the transition to an agentic enterprise across various industries in Korea.
