Salesforce Integrates OpenAI into Missionforce for Government Agencies
Salesforce has expanded its Missionforce platform with new AI capabilities and a partnership with OpenAI, allowing government agencies to access the technology through ChatGPT.
The company's announcement comes on the heels of a year-long launch of Missionforce, a business unit focused on meeting the needs of defense, intelligence, and aerospace agencies.
Missionforce now integrates OpenAI frontier models into Public Sector Solutions, a cloud-based platform that enables agencies to deploy AI agents and apps. This integration will give federal agencies discounted access to ChatGPT usage on October 1 under a new OneGov partnership.
Three specific AI capabilities have been enabled by the Missionforce expansion: the Policy Engine, Operations, and Field & Operations.
