Salesforce Partners with Anthropic to Unveil AI-Driven Sales Plugin

Salesforce has joined forces with AI company Anthropic to unveil 'Claudeforce', a new plugin that integrates sales skills into Anthropic's product Claude. This marks the first time Salesforce has added its 'Force' suffix to another company's product.

Claudeforce will allow users to compose emails, update records, and take other relevant actions with 37 pre-built sales skills. The companies plan to introduce more integrations across Claude, Salesforce, and Slack in the future.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff said that by fusing Claude's reasoning with Salesforce data and workflows, they're delivering a dynamic interface that thinks, reasons, and acts. 'This is how every business will run.'
