Salesforce Shares Plummet Amid AI Growth Concerns
Salesforce Inc.'s (NYSE:CRM) share price fell by 1.7% during mid-day trading on Friday, reaching a low of $233.38 and closing at $234.2370.
The company traded around 8.5 million shares, which is significantly lower than the average daily volume of 14 million shares.
This decline comes after the company's latest earnings report, where it beat analyst estimates with EPS of $5.90 and revenue of $11.35 billion for the quarter.
However, despite this positive performance, analysts have expressed concerns about Salesforce's AI growth strategy, questioning whether its products can generate meaningful revenue to justify its recent valuation gains.
