Salesforce Stock Declines as Company Completes Fin Acquisition

Salesforce Inc., a US-based cloud computing company, reported that its stock last traded at USD 227.93 on September 28, 2026, marking a decline of 2.60 percent from the prior close of USD 234.02.

The company announced the completion of its acquisition of Fin, formerly known as Intercom, which brings Fin's customer agent platform, technical artificial-intelligence team, and global customer base of over 30,000 companies into Salesforce.

According to the company, Fin's AI-powered customer agent resolves complex queries across multiple channels, including live chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS, voice, and Slack, with an impressive resolution rate of 76 percent.
