Salesforce Unveils AIforce Enterprise AI Harness

Salesforce is set to unveil AIforce, its enterprise AI harness, at its upcoming Dreamforce conference. The company's CEO, Marc Benioff, hinted at the significance of AIforce during a recent earnings call, stating that it would be a major focus of the event.

AIforce aims to serve as a governance layer for enterprise data and workflows, enabling seamless integration with AI agents without requiring extensive integrations. This approach addresses a crucial concern for enterprises: zero data retention.

Salesforce has been working on integrating its platforms with AI labs through various partnerships, including the recently announced Claudeforce integration with Anthropic's Claude AI. Benioff emphasized that AIforce will bring together multiple layers of Salesforce's ecosystem, including data, applications, semantics, agents, and interfaces.
