SIERA Doubles Down on Chevron Island with Approval for Canopy
SIERA, a Southeast Queensland developer, has secured approval for its fourth apartment development on the Gold Coast. The company's latest project, Canopy, is a 27-level residential tower located at 17-21 Anembo Street on Chevron Island.
The building will feature 130 two, two plus and three-bedroom apartments across a 1,518 sqm site. The design takes cues from traditional Queenslander architecture and incorporates subtropical qualities that are characteristic of South East Queensland.
Canopy will also provide a range of resident amenities, including a swimming pool, wellness facilities, gym and Pilates spaces, residents' lounge and private dining areas, as well as a golf simulator and theatre. A unique rooftop garden will feature 100m walking track, greenhouse, vegetable gardens, fruit grove, and shaded seating areas with views of the Gold Coast Hinterland, Nerang River, Pacific Ocean, and City Skyline.
This approval marks SIERA's continued expansion into the Gold Coast apartment market. The company has already completed its first project, PIPIS at Bilinga, which sold out quickly after setting a new price record for the area. Its second project, Tapestry on Darrambal Street, is nearing completion and will establish the developer on Chevron Island before it progresses with Canopy.
