'Small World' Holiday Magic Coming to Disneyland
Disneyland's holiday season is just around the corner, and one of the most iconic attractions will be getting a makeover. The 'it's a small world' ride in Disneyland will close on October 30th for refurbishment before reopening as its holiday version on November 13th.
This year's holiday overlay at the ride will likely run until January 6th, similar to last year's dates of November 13th to January 25th. The attraction's facade will be illuminated with 400,000 lights and feature a giant Santa hat on its clock face.
Disneyland's holiday season officially kicks off on November 13th, bringing with it a range of festive decorations and entertainment options. Visitors can expect to see a 60-foot-tall Christmas tree on Main Street, U.S.A., as well as over 80,000 shimmering lights on the Sleeping Beauty Castle.
