Tay Keith Estate Faces $200K Debt as Creditors File Lawsuits

Tay Keith's estate is facing financial difficulties after creditors alleged that the late producer owed hundreds of thousands of dollars before his untimely death. According to a report by Complex, American Express National Bank and the Bank of America filed legal complaints against Tay Keith's estate, alleging unpaid credit card bills and car payments totaling nearly $200,000.

The complaints were filed in two separate filings, with American Express claiming that Tay Keith owed $59,552.83 from a business platinum account and $26,692.95 from another platinum account. Both accounts are registered under his birth name, Brytavious Lakeith Chambers. Meanwhile, Bank of America filed legal complaints over an outstanding balance of $115,353.56 that Chambers allegedly used to buy a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS.

Tay Keith's estate includes a massive car collection that Chambers left behind, including a Mercedes-Maybach and a Lamborghini. He had no spouse or children and didn't have a written will. The producer's death was ruled as caused by the toxic effects of ketamine and mitragynine, which is a main component of kratom, in his body.
