Tom Tailor's Loyalty Program Overhaul Yields Significant Revenue Boost

Tom Tailor, one of Europe's leading fashion retailers, has revamped its loyalty program using Salesforce Loyalty Management in Agentforce Marketing as its technological foundation.

The company, which was founded in Hamburg in 1962 and now generates 612 million euros in revenue with over 600 stores in 47 countries, aimed to create a modern, flexible program that reacts in real time to customer behavior and preferences.

With the previous technology, only about 13 percent of customers were truly active in the Collectors Club launched in 2012. The reasons for this were varied: a rigid point system, too little relevance in communication, and a technical basis that hardly allowed for personalization.

The company has introduced a continuous redemption model allowing members to redeem benefits anytime through any channel, creating a more customer-centric and relevant offering.
