Turkish Airlines has finalized its order for up to 150 Boeing Co. 737 Max jets, after protracted negotiations delayed the previously announced framework agreement.

The airline placed a firm order for 100 of these planes, with delivery scheduled between 2033 and 2037, and also secured options for another 50 aircraft.

The purchase was disclosed in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday by Turkish Airlines.
