UnitedHealth Group Names Jodee Kozlak Chief Administrative Officer

UnitedHealth Group has appointed Jodee Kozlak as its new Chief Administrative Officer. She will oversee key departments including People, Real Estate, Procurement and Corporate Security, supporting the company's modernization efforts.

Kozlak joins UnitedHealth from a background in senior leadership roles at Target Corp. and Alibaba Group, where she worked on expansion projects outside China. She also serves as chair of the board for C.H. Robinson Worldwide and lead independent director for KB Home.

UnitedHealth Group operates through two segments: Optum, which uses technology and data to deliver care, and UnitedHealthcare, offering health benefits coverage.
