Ken Misudek, an 81-year-old veteran and former IBM employee, passed away on August 30, 2026. Born in Marathon County near Athens, Wisconsin, Ken was raised on a family farm where he developed strong values for hard work and family.

Misudek served his country during the Vietnam War era, stationed in Stuttgart, Germany, where he worked with cryptographic coding machines. After his military service, he spent 50 years and 25 days working at IBM as a Computer Service Technician, earning numerous awards and recognition for his expertise.

Ken married Susan 'Sue' Stollfus on June 1, 1980, and they shared 46 years of marriage together. He had a lifelong love of cars, owning two Corvettes, and was known for his mechanical skills and generosity in providing technical support to those in need.
