Bottoms unveiled her 'Drive Plan' at an Atlanta gas station, which would lower the state gas tax and eliminate surcharges on auto insurance premiums. She claims this could save a typical driver more than $100 per year.

Jackson's plan involves suspending Georgia's gas tax during sharp price spikes and eliminating state taxes on residential electricity and natural gas.
