Natural Gas Bulls Maintain Momentum Amid Growing LNG Demand
Natural Gas futures are maintaining their bullish momentum, with a supportive fundamental outlook and technical structure favoring buyers. The market is entering an interesting phase due to growing demand for U.S. LNG exports, which is providing a stronger foundation despite high domestic production and comfortable inventories. From a fundamental perspective, rising U.S. LNG export demand and tighter conditions across the global LNG market are supporting the longer-term outlook.
This bullish momentum has room to run as long as buyers continue to defend the ascending trendline on the H4 chart. The key support area is 270, which sits near the unfilled gap below, making it a crucial zone to watch if another pullback develops. If this level holds, 283-288 remains in focus as the next upside target zone.
In the short term, buyers need to protect the 270 level to maintain the bullish path and work their way back toward the 283-288 target zone.
