Natural Gas Bulls Still Have Room to Run on Strong Export Demand
Natural Gas is entering an interesting phase as its longer-term fundamental outlook remains supportive and technical structure continues to favor buyers. The growing demand for U.S. LNG exports provides a stronger foundation for the market, even with high domestic production and comfortable inventories being short-term headwinds.
Rising U.S. LNG export demand and tighter conditions across the global LNG market are supporting the longer-term outlook from a fundamental perspective. As more U.S. natural gas is directed toward overseas markets, stronger export demand could gradually tighten the domestic supply-demand balance.
The H4 chart shows Natural Gas respecting its ascending trendline, with 270 as the key support area near an unfilled gap below. If buyers continue to defend this structure, I expect the market to maintain its bullish path and work its way back toward 283-288.
